Simplus, a salesforce consulting company with offices across the US and Australia is going to acquire by Infosys.
The expected date for the confirmation is somewhere around the end-quarter of 2020.

[SAP, Oracle] says Simplus will create the opportunity for Infosys to break out of the vendor services silos and connect its Salesforce services with its ERP services (SAP, Oracle).
