This delightful meal was prepared for corn tacos that we had at the Gallery Cafe.
I am not sure if you can tell, but we had a hard time with the tempura for the asparagus this time. The batter just wouldn't act right for the purpose of our dish. I decided to continue to do the blog to let you know that sometimes times things don't always turn out the way we want them too, but they can still taste delicious!! The shrimp was juicy and the asparagus was too and that's all that matters!! Here is the finished product!
We here at the Cafe and Retreat pride ourselves on our warm hospitality and making the best recipes we possibly can for our traveling guests. We are basically a pescatarian or seafood-based couple who decided to offer our expertise to our traveling friends and family that has grown to be more than we could ever expect!
